This Privacy Policy explains how Video Board Graphics (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit videoboardgraphics.com or submit an inquiry.
Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, school, email address and phone number. Our hosting and form-service providers may also process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and request logs as part of operating and securing the website.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your school’s needs, discuss and prepare a project, send an invoice, create and deliver purchased videos, provide customer service and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries. The inquiry form is processed by FormSubmit, and the website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on whether an inquiry becomes a customer project.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted by emailing jeremy@dreamstormdigital.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when legally required.
Cookies and tracking
We do not knowingly use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies on this website. Because the site does not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking, it does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Standard technical logs may still be created by our hosting and form providers.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adult school representatives, staff, coaches and parent volunteers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
